Socket's Business Center Continues to Expand in Columbia

Columbia, Mo. - Socket, a Missouri-based telephone and Internet provider, is proud to announce the addition of two new employees at the company’s headquarters at 2703 Clark Lane in Columbia, Mo. Michael Schwab and Aniz Mora will be working full-time as business account coordinators.

Both Mora and Schwab will be developing and supporting Socket’s business center, a branch dedicated to serving the specific needs of Socket’s future and current business clients. They will document various procedures and follow-up with business clients to make sure their phone and Internet service is working properly and resolve any issues they might have quickly.

“Michael and Aniz are excellent additions to Socket,” says Zeke Long, director of customer care. “They posses the experience and qualifications people have come to expect from Socket’s business center.”

Born in Brownsville, Texas, Mora moved to the Lake of the Ozarks when she was 15. Previously, she has worked as a head personal trainer at Gold’s Gym.

A Lincoln, Nebraska native, Michael Schwab has lived in Columbia for three years. He brings three years of telecommunications experience with him from his time as an employee at Western Wireless Corporation.
